"As a social studies teacher, I sponsored numerous student trips to Washington, D.C. and other historical destinations. I was inspired by the enthusiastic response of my students as we toured our nation's many historical museums and memorials. As I gained insight from organizing my own trips, it occurred to me that there were other teachers like myself who could benefit from this experience. It was this realization that gave birth to Educational Tours in 1982.

Being a former educator, I believe I understand both the sponsors' and students' perspectives, and I understand that your time is limited. When you call on Educational Tours, we value your time. Our team will take care of the necessary details to make your tour a successful and fun "learning adventure" for your students.

Having begun with a small group of clients from local schools, we have sustained substantial growth over the years. Currently, we service over 250 schools throughout Florida and the United States. All tour packages include: Round-trip motorcoach transportation, lodging (with evening security guard), meals, tours and admissions, accidental injury insurance, one chaperone traveling free for each 10 students, background information on each destination and tour escort. There are no "hidden" costs. We can also arrange affordable AMTRAK transportation or Airline Flights upon request.
Please note that we are a group tour company. Our Prices are normally based on a minimum of 35 paying participants.

Unfortunately, we cannot plan tours for groups of less than 25.

RESPONSIBILITY PROVISION - Educational Tours is acting as the agent for you in the making and securing of all arrangements for transportation, sightseeing, hotel accommodations, food service or other services for the tour program. All providers of goods and/or services for the tour program are independent contractors. As a result, Educational Tours is not and shall not be responsible or liable for any negligent act, omission, willful act, or other actions of any third party and/or any person not employed by Educational Tours. Educational Tours shall not be responsible for any injury, loss or damage to person or property caused by Acts of God, Acts of Terrorism, civil unrest, or any other cause beyond the direct control of Educational Tours. You agree to hold Educational Tours, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from and against any liability for damages of any kind not caused by the direct gross negligence of Educational Tours, its agents, officers, and/or employees. You further agree to waive the right to a jury trial in any action involving Educational Tours.

Working in full consultation with the sponsoring school and teacher, Educational Tours always reserves the right to send any student home (at parent's expense) for serious rule infractions or violations of law.
